Membership

The OT Cyber Coalition is open to companies that offer operational technology cybersecurity solutions to public and private sector organizations. Members must demonstrate a commitment to federal government advocacy and devote sufficient resources to the work of the Coalition and commit to pay the requisite dues. Members must continue to support the purpose of the Coalition, as well as underlying goals established by the Executive Committee. Members may not be controlled or influenced in whole or in part by any national, state, municipal or local government. When determining whether an organization qualifies for membership, the Executive Committee will consider the following criteria: 1) Whether membership by that organization is consistent with, or potentially contrary to, the primary purpose of the Coalition, and 2) The organization’s demonstrated commitment to security and its ability to maintain trusted relationships both within the OT/ICS community and the critical infrastructure sectors.

Dues

For the first year, the Coalition’s dues structure is as follows:

  • Executive Committee Members: $33,000 annually

  • Standard Members: $15,000 annually 

Benefits of Executive Committee Membership

  • Seat on Executive Committee of the Coalition (limited to 9 companies)

  • Participate in annual goal and priority setting for the Coalition Ability to request Coalition-branded projects (e.g., White Papers, Surveys, etc.) in line with priorities

  • When scheduling meetings, priority will be given to the schedules of Executive Committee members

  • Propose changes to the governance of the Coalition

  • Should the Coalition establish any working groups, the ability to chair and set the agenda 

  • All benefits of Standard Membership

Objective & Activities

The Coalition is working to deploy an open standards-based and interoperable set of data-sharing solutions to enhance cybersecurity and strengthen our collective defense. The Coalition shall advocate on its issues through mechanisms such as joint advocacy letters, meetings in Washington, D.C. with industry leaders and policymakers, and policy-focused events and forums. Future opportunities include engaging on deliverables associated with the Cybersecurity Executive Order and the sector-specific cyber sprints.
