The OT Cyber Coalition is pleased to welcome OSC Global, an OT security integrator with deep experience operating in some of the most high-consequence, highly regulated environments in critical infrastructure.
As adversaries grow more patient and more sophisticated, the coalition benefits from members like OSC Global who bring an integrator's view of how technologies, controls, and operations come together on the ground.
We asked OSC Global to tell us more about their work, why they chose to join the coalition, and where they see the greatest risk to critical infrastructure today.
OTCC: Tell us a little about what your company offers critical infrastructure owners and operators who want to secure their operations.
OSC Global: OSC Global brings decades of experience designing, integrating, and sustaining secure architectures and operations within high-consequence, highly regulated Operational Technology (OT) environments. Our team is made up of mission-driven experts who are passionate about securing critical infrastructure. Rather than anchoring on a single product or platform, we deliver practical, operations-aligned solutions that bring together the right mix of technologies and controls tailored to the needs of each environment.
OTCC: Why did your company decide to join a coalition with their competitors? Why is this so important?
OSC Global: Securing our critical infrastructure ultimately means securing our way of life. This pivotal challenge extends beyond any one organization, and success depends on the collective effort of the domain's many bright and dedicated minds. Threats targeting these environments are not constrained by organizational boundaries, and defending against them requires collaboration that transcends traditional competitive dynamics. As an integrator that is not married to any single technology, platform, or product, building strong relationships with other organizations in the coalition is essential to how we serve asset owners and operators. It ensures their environments benefit from interoperable, holistic, and well-understood solutions.
OTCC: What do you think is the top cybersecurity threat facing critical infrastructure owners and operators today?
OSC Global: The greatest threat is the one that is not yet known. Adversaries continue to increase in sophistication and patience, prepositioning themselves in critical infrastructure and prioritizing future impact rather than immediate disruption. What is particularly concerning is the potential for coordinated operations that target multiple sectors simultaneously. Such an event could amplify disruption far beyond any single organization, affecting interconnected systems. The cascading effects of these attacks would prove devastating.
OTCC: What is the most critical step the federal government can take with critical infrastructure owners and operators to better secure their OT systems? What is the most critical step federal agencies who have operational technology can take to make those systems more secure?
OSC Global: The most critical step the federal government can take is to continue deepening operational collaboration with asset owners and operators, particularly through timely, actionable information sharing. Existing efforts around guidance, indicators, and technology exchange have made a meaningful impact, but scaling real-time, bidirectional collaboration is essential to staying ahead of evolving threats.
This working relationship also benefits federal agencies with OT assets, as understanding and managing risk across interconnected systems that extend beyond their fenceline is crucial. Infrastructure dependencies do not stop at organizational boundaries, and mission assurance depends on visibility into those relationships. Strengthening coordination, improving shared situational awareness, and planning for cross-sector impacts are key to ensuring resilience and continuity.
OSC Global's perspective, that the next major threat is the one no one has spotted yet, is a sober reminder of why this coalition exists. Bringing integrators, technology providers, and asset owners into the same room is how the OTCC works toward closing that gap. We're glad to have OSC Global's field experience and operations-first approach as part of that effort going forward.
