The Operational Technology Cybersecurity Coalition is excited to announce two leadership updates that reflect the coalition's ongoing commitment to advancing OT cybersecurity policy where it matters most.
Alison King Elevated to Chair of the Board of Directors
The OTCC is thrilled to announce that longtime Board member Alison King has been elected as the new Chair of the Board of Directors. As Vice President of Government Affairs at Forescout Technologies, Alison leads federal and international policy engagement focused on cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and national resilience. Drawing on 20 years of national security experience across the Department of Defense, the U.S. Congress, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, she has spent her career translating complex policy into real operational outcomes. A Senior Fellow at the McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security at Auburn University, Alison is a trusted voice across the Executive and Legislative branches and with international partners. The coalition is in excellent hands.
Patrick Gillespie Joins the OTCC Board of Directors
The OTCC is also excited to welcome Patrick Gillespie as a new member of its Board of Directors. Patrick serves as OT Practice Director at GuidePoint Security and brings more than two decades of experience leading IT/OT and cybersecurity programs across the private sector and public service. A U.S. Army veteran who served as an Intelligence Analyst during Operation Enduring Freedom and supported Hurricane Katrina emergency response, Patrick holds a Master's Degree in CIS-Security from Boston University and certifications including OSCP, CISSP, and CCNP. He has also personally mentored dozens of veterans transitioning into the cybersecurity field, a cause he continues to champion.
"Alison has been an invaluable part of this coalition and there is no one better suited to lead our Board. And bringing Patrick on gives us exactly the kind of hands-on OT expertise that makes this work credible. We are in a good place," said OTCC Executive Director Tatyana Bolton.
Looking Ahead
These appointments bring fresh energy and deep expertise to the OTCC at a pivotal moment. The systems powering our electric grid, water infrastructure, and critical manufacturing are under growing threat, and the policy decisions made in Washington will shape how well those systems are protected. The OTCC is ready for that fight, and this leadership team is built for it.
